B50 Sleeve Control Valve
B50 series orifice valves are pipeline control devices that have been improved and refined based on the introduction and digestion of advanced orifice valve technologies from both domestic and international sources. They provide a simple solution for regulating the pressure or flow in pipelines.
Orifice valves can be operated manually, hydraulically, or electrically, and they are specifically designed for high-speed and high-pressure drop conditions. An orifice valve consists of a fixed orifice plate with specially designed throttling holes and a movable orifice plate with similarly designed throttling holes. Flow and pressure control are achieved through the relative motion between the movable and fixed orifice plates. The special design helps to avoid harmful vibrations, pressure fluctuations, noise, and cavitation.
Typical applications include:
- Pressure control and regulation in pipelines: Orifice valves are used to control and regulate pipeline pressure.
- Flow control and regulation in pipelines: Orifice valves are used to control and regulate pipeline flow.
Product Features:
- Simple and rational structure, with a short overall length.
- Full range controllability.
- Excellent cavitation control capability, with sensitivity to small openings.
- Stable flow, eliminating vibration and noise.
- Professional design and meticulous manufacturing tailored to specific operating conditions, providing high-end precision valves that are truly “custom-made.”
- Product Structure:
- The B50 series orifice valve is mainly composed of valve body, movable plate, fixed plate, valve shaft, bracket, actuator, and other components.
- Operating Principle
- When the orifice valve is fully open, the orifice valve is closed when the orifice valve is moved to move one orifice. Under special flow conditions, the moving orifice plate is partially moved and the valve is partially open. Orifice valves can be manually, electrically, pneumatic or hydraulically actuated.
- Boundary Dimemsion
